24 Hour Chairs, Controllers Chairs and Heavy Duty Office Chairs

Seating that is in constant use for long periods by one or more user must have a stronger (heavy duty) build than normal contract office chairs and is usually more generously upholstered for increased user comfort. 24 hour chairs or control room seating will normally be of a higher specification than standard office chairs to accomodate higher usage.

Our selection of specialist heavy duty office and controllers chairs includes only seating that meets requirements for BS5459 part 2-2000 for use by persons weighing up to 150kgs and for use for up to 24 hours per day. Certain chairs in the range will also accomodate users of a taller or larger frame than average

For 24 hour chairs or control room settings seating should be covered with an appropriate 24 hour fabric (Please see fabric factsheet for further details) and will generally be guaranteed for 2 years. guarantee details are specified individually per chair.
