Orders after 7/12/2016 - As the majority of our products are made to order any orders placed after this date are likely to be delivered in early January due to factory closures over the festive period. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
Christmas Deliveries - there will be no deliveries between 23 December 2016 and 3 January 2017due to scheduled factory closures. Any items not delivered prior to 23 December will be delivered in January 2017
Delivery - Mainland UK
Free deliveries will only be made to business addresses on mainland UK and will be made to the address you give for delivery when you order a product. Every effort will be made to meet the delivery times published on the site, however it may sometimes be outside our power to do so. We will always try to keep you informed of any changes. Delivery and lead times are given in working days. Some areas of the UK may also incur an additional carriage charge eg Highlands of Scotland north of Edinburgh, Somerset, Devon. Where this is the case for your item we will advise you when we have received your order.
Our deliveries are undertaken by our suppliers or by carrier and will be made to ground floor or goods-in areas only unless it is furniture which we have agreed to install. The customer should ensure that there is someone available to take delivery of the goods when delivered as re-delivery may incur an extra charge.
Delivery - Outside of Mainland UK
Delivery to areas other than mainland UK will incur an additional delivery charge. This includes the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and other islands off the UK. You should contact us directly for a delivery price before ordering.
Furniture Delivery and installation
Customers must ensure that, where furniture is to be installed, a sufficient cleared and empty area is available. Our installers are unable to move, remove or dispose of any existing furniture to carry out an installation. If insufficient space is available, the installers may deliver the products for the customer to unpack, assemble and install itself or may make a further charge for redelivery and installation.
Fitments for storage products will be delivered and left for the customer to unpack and assemble itself.
The customer is entitled to exercise any of their applicable statutory rights to return products following a purchase.

It is important for customers to note that they are responsible for ensuring that there is adequate access to their premises for any items they purchase. (Please be particularly careful when purchasing large items such as storage and reception furniture which is not flat-packed that you have measured doorways, staircases and any corners which must be navigated to install the product in the required position.)

We have access to a much larger range of office furniture and seating than it would be possible to show on the website and so you should always ask if you have a particular requirement.
We can only show a small number of the available fabrics, vinyl, leather and antibacterial fabric options for our made-to-order chairs on the website. If you are trying to match an existing fabric or know what you need contact us for prices on your chosen style of chair. Computer monitors show colours differently and what you see on screen may not be the actual fabric colour. We have a range of fabric cards which we can send to you to help you make the right colour choice.
